HOW TO USE PIZZA PASTA SEASONING

  1. DIRECTLY IN DISH: Add 10-12 drops of Pizza Pasta Liquid Seasoning directly in dish towards end of cooking process.

  2. FOR ENHANCING REGULAR SAUCES & SEASONINGS: You can also add 15 ml of Pizza Pasta Liquid Seasoning in 100 grams of regular Pizza sauces/seasonings/chutneys/masala/mayonnaise for preparing highly flavourful Italian and continental dishes.


Advisory of Our Flavorist
We understand that every family's taste preferences differ, hence we advise you to start with 4 to 5 drops at first and gradually increase upto 10-12 drops per dish (for 3-4 servings) to develop a flavour that perfectly suits your taste.

Here's a restaurant style tasty and easy Matar Paneer Recipe from our United SpiceInDrops Chefs:

  • In a Bowl, take 2 cups of refined flour; add 1tsp salt, 1tsp sugar. In another bowl take 1tsp fermented yeast and 1/2 cup of water, mix it well and add ½ cup of milk
  • Knead the dough well using dry and wet mix. When dough is elastic and stretchy, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and knead the dough again to incorporate the oil well
  • Rest the dough for 1-2 hours at room temperature
  • Meanwhile cut your favourite veggies (Onion, Capsicum, Baby Corn, American Corn, Mushrooms, Jalapenos, Olives) into bite size chunks
  • In a hot pan, add a little olive oil. When its hot drop all the vegetables in, followed by salt, crushed black pepper, red chilli flakes and oregano
  • Stir well and keep aside
  • Now pick your favourite pizza sauce and add 4-5 drops of United SpiceInDrops Pizza Pasta Seasoning in it
  • Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out one part, and dock it with a fork, spread sauce on it, followed by vegetables and lastly a lot of mozzarella
  • Bake the pizza in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 mins or till the cheese melts
  • Slice it and serve it hot.
  • एक कटोरे में, 2 कप मैदा लें; 1 चम्मच नमक, 1 चम्मच चीनी डालें
  • एक और कटोरे में 1 चम्मच खमीर और आधा कप पानी लें, इसे अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं और ½ कप दूध डालें
  • सूखे और गीले मिश्रण का उपयोग करके अच्छी तरह से आटा गूंध लें
  • जब आटा लचीला हो जाए , तो 2 चम्मच जैतून का तेल डालें और तेल को अच्छी तरह से मिक्स करने के लिए आटा को फिर से गूंध लें
  • आटे को 1-2 घंटे के लिए रखलें
  • इस बीच अपने पसंदीदा सब्जियों (प्याज, शिमला मिर्च, बेबी कॉर्न, अमेरिकन कॉर्न, मशरूम, जालपैनोस, ऑलिव्स) को काट लें
  • एक गर्म पैन में, थोड़ा जैतून का तेल डालें, जब यह गर्म हो जाए तो इसमें सभी सब्जियां, नमक, कुटी हुई काली मिर्च, लाल मिर्च फ्लेक्स और ऑरीगैनो डालें
  • अच्छी तरह से मिक्स करें और अलग रखो। अब अपनी पसंदीदा पिज्जा सॉस लें और उसमें 4-5 बूंदें United SpiceInDrops पिज्जा पास्ता सीज़निंग मिलाएं
  • आटे को 2 भागों में विभाजित करें, एक भाग को रोल करें, और इसे एक कांटा के साथ हल्के छेद करें, उस पर सॉस फैलाएं, इसके बाद सब्जियां और अंत में बहुत सारा मोजेरेला डालें
  • पिज्जा को प्री-हीटेड ओवन में 200 डिग्री पर 10-12 मिनट या चीज़ के पिघलने तक बेक करें
  • इसे स्लाइस करें और गर्मागर्म सर्व करें।
