Here is a Orange Flavour flavoured recipe from chefs at United Group:

  • In a bowl, whisk 100ml of buttermilk, 50 ml of oil & 125gm of sugar together, till the sugar is dissolved completely
  • In a separate bowl sieve, 75gm of refined flour, 75gm of cocoa powder, 5gm of baking soda, 5 gm of baking powder and a pinch of salt
  • Fold in the dry ingredients in the wet mix and fold till incorporated properly
  • Add 4-5 drops of Orange Flavour. Add chopped orange candies (optional)
  • In a lined cake/bread mould, pour in the batter and bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes
  • Cool it in the mould
  • De mould, slice and serve.
  • एक कटोरे में, 100ml छाछ, 50 ml तेल और 125 ग्राम चीनी एक साथ मिलाएँ, जब तक कि चीनी पूरी तरह से घुल न जाए
  • एक अलग कटोरे में, 75 ग्राम मैदा, 75 ग्राम कोको पाउडर, 5 ग्राम बेकिंग सोडा, 5 ग्राम बेकिंग पाउडर और एक चुटकी नमक छान लें
  • गीले और सूखे मिश्रण को अच्छे से मिलाएँ
  • ऑरेंज फ्लेवर की 4-5 बूंदें डालें।
  • इसमें कटी हुई नारंगी कैंडी डाल सकते हैं
  • एक केक / ब्रेड मोल्ड में मिश्रण डालें और 180 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर 15-18 मिनट के लिए बेक करें
  • इसे सांचे में ठंडा करें
  • मोल्ड से निकालकर स्लाइस करलें और परोसें।
