Here is a Paan Flavour flavoured recipe from chefs at United Group:

  • Begin with 1 kg of full cream milk in a wok (karahi); keep cooking the milk, while continuously stirring it till it begins to caramelize
  • When the milk starts to thicken and is about half of its original quantity add ½ tbsp of tartaric acid and milk vigorously, Milk will split and will form small pearl like structure
  • Add 100gm of sugar (or to taste) and keep cooking it till the whole thing comes together like dough
  • Add 4-5 drops of Paan Flavour & mix well
  • Pour this mix in a cake mould or a rectangular box, wrap it on all sides with a towel and let it cool
  • Once cooled down, cut in bite size pieces and serve.
  • एक कड़ाई में 1 किलो फुल क्रीम दूध को पकाएँ, जबतक
  • जब दूध गाढ़ा होना शुरू हो जाए और इसकी मात्रा लगभग आधी हो जाए तो इसमें आधा चम्मच टाटरी मिलाएँ जिससे दूध अलग हो जाएगा
  • इसमें 100 ग्राम चीनी (या स्वाद के लिए) डालें और इसे तब तक पकाते रहें जब तक मिश्रण आटे की तरह न हो जाए
  • इसमें पान फ्लेवर की 4-5 बूंदें डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएं
  • इस मिश्रण को एक केक मोल्ड या में डालें, इसे चारों तरफ से एक तौलिया के साथ लपेटें और इसे ठंडा होने दें
  • एक बार ठंडा हो जाने पर, छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें और परोसें।
