HOW TO USE CHICKEN CURRY MASALA

  1. DURING MARINATION: Add 5-10 drops of Chicken Curry Liquid Masala while marinating the chicken.

  2. DIRECTLY IN DISH: Add 10-12 drops of Chicken Curry Liquid Masala directly in dishes during last stage of cooking.

  3. FOR ENHANCING REGULAR CHICKEN MASALA: You can also add 15 ml of Chicken Curry Liquid Masala in 100 grams of regular chicken masala for preparing highly flavourful and aromatic chicken dishes.

We understand that every family's taste preferences differ, hence we advise you to start with 4 to 5 drops at first and gradually increase upto 10-12 drops per dish (for 3-4 servings) to develop a flavour that perfectly suits your taste.

Here's a traditional Chicken Curry Recipe from our United SpiceInDrops Chefs:

  • Clean one full chicken of 800g. Cut the chicken into desired curry size pieces.
  • Whisk 4 tbsp curd, add salt to taste, 1 tsp of red chilli Powder, 2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2-3 drops of Spice-in-Drops Chicken Masala.
  • Add chicken in the marinade and leave for 3 hours. Shallow fry the chicken in oil/ghee till 3/4th cooked.
  • Heat generous amount of butter in a pan, add 4 tbsp of onion paste, 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, fry till golden brown.
  • Add 1/2tsp kashmiri red chilli, 1tsp fenugreek leaves, 6 tbsp of tomato puree and cook till masala leaves the butter.
  • Add 1/2 cup water and bring to boil.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces in the masala. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Finish with 3-4 drops of Spice in Drops Chicken Curry Blend & 4 tbsp cream.
  • Serve hot, topped with julienne of ginger and chopped coriander leaves.
  • 800 ग्राम चिकन साफ करें। चिकन को मनचाहे आकार में काटें।
  • 4 चम्मच दही को फेटें, स्वाद के लिए नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर का 1 छोटा चम्मच, अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट के 2 बड़े चम्मच, गरम मसाला का आधा चम्मच, 1 बड़ा चम्मच नींबू का रस और United SpiceInDrops चिकन करी मसाला की 2-3 बूंदें डालें।
  • इसमें चिकन डालें और 3 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें।
  • मरीनटेड चिकन को तेल / घी में ¾ पकने तक फ्राइ करें ।
  • एक पैन में मक्खन को गर्म करें, 4 बड़े चम्मच प्याज पेस्ट, 1 बड़ा चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट डालकर सुनहरे भूरे रंग तक भूनें।
  • 1 / 2 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च, 1 चम्मच कस्तूरी मेथी, 6 चम्मच टमाटर प्यूरी को मसाले के मक्खन छोड़ने तक पकाएं।
  • 1/2 कप पानी डालें और उबाल लें। इसमें तले हुए चिकन के टुकड़े डालें। 10 मिनट के लिए उबाल लें।
  • United SpiceInDrops चिकन करी मसाला की 3-4 बूंद डालें और 4 बड़े चम्मच क्रीम के साथ समाप्त करें।
  • अदरक और कटे धनिया के साथ गार्निश करें और गर्म परोसें।
