HOW TO USE CHAT MASALA

  1. DIRECTLY IN DISH: Add 10-12 drops of Liquid Chat Masala Essence directly in your dishes.

  2. FOR ENHANCING REGULAR Chat Masala Essence: You can also add 15 ml of Liquid Chat Masala Essence in 100 grams of regular Chat Masala Essence for preparing highly flavourful, tangy and aromatic chat dishes.

We understand that every family's taste preferences differ, hence we advise you to start with 4 to 5 drops at first and gradually increase upto 10-12 drops per dish (for 3-4 servings) to develop a flavour that perfectly suits your taste.

Here's an Old-Delhi style Chatpate Aloo Recipe from our United SpiceInDrops Chefs:

  • Wash peel and cut potatoes into small dices
  • Boil them in salted water for 4-5 mins or till they are half boiled. Sieve the potatoes and pat them well dried
  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the potatoes
  • In a bowl, put 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder, 1/2tsp amchur powder, ½ tsp rock salt to taste along with 3-4 drops of Spice in Drops Chat Masala Essence, mix well and add crispy potatoes dices
  • Toss, top with 1 tbsp lemon juice and serve hot
  • आलू को धोकर, छील लें और छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें। उन्हें नमकीन पानी में 4-5 मिनट के लिए उबालें या जब तक वे आधा उबल न जाए। आलू को छलनी से छान लें और अच्छी तरह से सुखा लें।
  • कड़ाई में तेल गरम करें और आलू को कुरकुरा होने तक फ्राई करें।
  • एक बर्तन में आधा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर, आधा चम्मच भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर, आधा चम्मच अमचूर पाउडर, स्वाद अनुसार सेंधा नमक और Spice in Drops चाट मसाला की 3-4 बूंद डालें ।
  • अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं और आलू डालें। 1 चम्मच नींबू का रस के साथ मिलाएँ और गर्म परोसें ।
