Here is a Vanilla flavoured recipe from chefs at United Group:

  • In a mixer jar, put 50 gms graham crackers (or any butter cookies), 2 tbsp sugar & 2 tbsp soft butter and mix together.
  • Line a cake mould with the crumbs, set aside.
  • Beat 2 eggs along with 50gm of sugar in a bowl till it's light and airy.
  • Add 100gm of soften cream cheese along with ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder and 4-5 drops of Vanilla Flavour.
  • Pour this batter in cracker lined cake mould.
  • Fill a baking tray half with water and place cake mould in it.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 160°C. Once baked take out and cool down.
  • De mould, chill, slice and serve.
  • मिक्सर जार में 50 gm बटर बिस्किट, 2 चम्मच चीनी और 2 चम्मच मक्खन डालें और एक साथ मिलाएं।
  • इसकी एक परत केक मोल्ड में बिछा दें, करें और अलग रख दें।
  • एक कटोरी में 50 ग्राम चीनी के साथ 2 अंडे फेटें ।
  • इसमें 100 ग्राम सॉफ्ट क्रीम चीज़, चुटकी भर दालचीनी पाउडर, वनीला फ्लेवर की 4-5 बूंद डालें।
  • इसको केक मोल्ड में डालें।
  • एक बेकिंग ट्रे को पानी के साथ आधा भरें और उसमें केक मोल्ड रखें।
  • 160 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर 20-25 मिनट के लिए बेक कीजिए ।
  • बेक होने के बाद निकाल लें और ठंडा करें।
  • मोल्ड से निकाल लें, ठंडा करें और परोसें।
